Online Giving
If any parishioner would like to gift their collection by standing order or through online banking, we now have forms in the church porches with all the account details to use.
Alternatively, you can set up a regular payment through our donation button on the Home page.
Gift Aid
What is Gift Aid and how does it work?
HMRC will pay back 25p to the parish for every £1 donated by a taxpayer signed up to the scheme.
What does it cost me?
There is no cost to either the taxpayer or the parish.
What are the benefits?
The parish benefits, last tax year we received over £10,000.
Is it confidential?
Yes. The only details the Diocese retains, are those provided on your declaration form.
Your tax affairs remain between you and HMRC.
Are there conditions?
Yes.
- You must be a UK taxpayer.
- Donations must be able to be recorded by either gift aid envelopes or by bank transfer payments.
- You must complete and sign the Gift Aid declaration. Available to download here or in the church porch.
- You must inform the Gift Aid coordinator if you are no longer a taxpayer.
Can I cancel my declaration?
You can cancel at any time, and must cancel your declaration, if you are no longer a taxpayer.

Updating details?
To ensure we still receive the gift aid due to us, please check your details are up to date by contacting Debra: parish.giftaid@notthingham.uk if anything has changed. This will include changing parishes within the Nottingham diocese. Thank you for your continued generosity.
